How can I download my transactions?

Extend allows you to download your virtual card transactions in CSV format. This way, you can easily import the CSV file into your accounting or expense software of choice.

Note: While Extend lets you view your transactions on web and mobile, the CSV export is only available on web.

To download your transactions:

  1. Navigate to the “Expenses” section, Transactions Tab
  2. You will see a list of all transactions from cards associated with your account. If you want to see your own transactions only, you can toggle on the “Your Transactions” filter.
  3. Apply any filters you want.

  1. If you wish to download all attachments, check the “Include attachments…” box.
  2. Your files (CSV, plus attachments if selected) will appear in your Downloads folder.
Note: If you are having trouble downloading these files, pop-up blockers may be the issue. Allow pop-ups and try again.

If your finance team needs access to download transactions, you can assign them a Bookkeeper role.
