Overview

Extend gives you the ability to create virtual credit cards for team members, contractors, vendors,  or anyone who needs to charge a business expense. As an Owner, Admin, or Bookkeeper, Extend allows you to export your organization’s virtual card data in order to help you stay on top of your company spend.

Exporting virtual card data

You can export your organization’s virtual card data from the Accounts page.

1. Select the Accounts page from the menu and navigate to the Virtual Cards tab.

2. You will see a list of all the Virtual Cards in your org. You can use the filters for status and card to refine the list.
Note: Any filters you apply will be used to curate your export

3. Select the Download All Virtual Cards (CSV) button. A progress banner will appear to let you know that your report is being generated. If you are having trouble downloading these files, pop-up blockers may be the issue. Allow pop-ups in your browser settings and try again.
