Extend gives you the ability to create virtual credit cards and send them to yourself, team members, contractors, vendors, or anyone who needs to charge a business expense. Before you can create a virtual card you must first either have a Registered Account or a Budget.

3. Enter the recipient’s email address.

Note: You can enter more than one recipient by adding a comma.

4. Enter a Card Name.

Note: It may be helpful to name your card after what it’s for so you can easily identify and understand charges later.

5. Select the primary funding source for the card (Registered Account or Budget).

6. Enter the Credit Limit.

Note: A credit limit ensures the card can’t be charged more than the allotted amount. Any credit line you issue will not be charged to your account until a purchase is made. Credit limits cannot exceed the limit of the Registered Account or Budget.

7. Enter the Active Until date.

Note: This date determines the timeframe in which the card can be used, but should not be confused with the expiration date used for making purchases.
