Extend’s notification settings allow you to opt in to receive both email and push notifications across all types of account activity. Account activity includes:

  • Virtual card creation from accounts and budgets
  • Transactions across every virtual card on your account
  • Card requests
  • Card declines 

To manage your notifications:

  1. Select your Profile icon
  2. Select the Notification Settings tab
  3. Select or deselect the notifications you wish to receive or mute and select how you wish to receive that notification (push or email)

  4. To select or deselect specific notifications under each category, click the down arrow next to the notification categories to see full list of notificationsScreenshot 2024-04-28 at 3.11.39 PM.png
