Extend’s notification settings allow you to opt in to receive both email and push notifications across all types of account activity. Account activity includes:
- Virtual card creation from accounts and budgets
- Transactions across every virtual card on your account
- Card requests
- Card declines
To manage your notifications:
- Hover over your profile in the top right of the screen
- Select Profile Settings
- Select Notifications from the navigation
- Select or deselect the notifications you wish to receive or mute and select how you wish to receive that notification (push or email)
- To select or deselect specific notifications under each category, click the down arrow next to the notification categories to see full list of notifications
