Currently only supported for select bank partners.
You can view all of your transactions made on plastic cards in Extend when you connect the physical card transactions feed. Being able to see both physical and virtual card transactions in one convenient place makes reporting and reconciliation seamless.
Owners, Admins, and full-visibility Bookkeepers can connect the physical card transactions feed for their organization. Once connected, they can view the physical card transactions from all card accounts their org has registered in Extend.
How to connect:
- Open the Extend web app.
- Click the profile icon on the navigation bar and select Organization Settings.
- Navigate to the Integrations tab and click Connect on the banking partner integration tile.
Note: Extend only supports a physical card transactions feed for select bank partners.
- Once the connection is successful, you will see a green success banner at the bottom of the screen. The integration tile on the Integrations tab will also now indicate “Connected”.
After connecting, physical card transactions will display in your transaction lists with the label "Physical".
If you need to disconnect or reconnect your feed at any time, select the Manage button on the integration tile.
Note: Physical card transactions may not appear immediately and may take 24-48 hours to populate.
Once the integration is connected, who can view physical card transactions?
- The Owner, Admins, and full-visibility Bookkeepers can view and filter physical card transactions for all registered card accounts in Extend, on the Transactions list.
- Card Managers (registered cardholders) and select-visibility Bookkeepers can only view their own registered card transactions and any card accounts they’ve been granted permission to view.
