Overview

Extend gives you the ability to create virtual credit cards for team members, contractors, vendors,  or anyone who needs to charge a business expense. As an Owner, Admin, or Bookkeeper, Extend allows you to export your organization’s virtual card data in order to help you stay on top of your company spend.

Note: Bookkeepers can only see (and export) virtual card data associated with accounts they have view access to.

Exporting virtual card data

You can export your organization’s virtual card data from the Cards page.

1. Select Cards from the navigation and select Virtual Cards

2. You will see a list of all the Virtual Cards in your org. You can use the filters for status and card to refine the list.
Note: Any filters you apply will be used to curate your export

3. Select Download All Virtual Cards (CSV). An alert will appear to let you know that your report is being generated and will be sent to your email address when ready. If you are having trouble downloading these files, pop-up blockers may be the issue. Allow pop-ups in your browser settings and try again.
Note: The CSV export functionality is only available on web.
