FAQ
- Who can use Saved Views?
Saved Views are available to users working in the Transactions table. (If your org restricts access to Expenses/Transactions, your role permissions still apply.) - Do Saved Views include both filters and columns?
Yes, Saved Views store the filters and column selections you set up in the table. - Why do I see an “unsaved” state?
- If you change filters or columns after selecting a saved view (or the default view) and don’t save, Extend will show that you’re viewing an unsaved configuration so you know those changes aren’t stored.
- Can I create multiple Saved Views?
- Yes, create as many as you need for different workflows. For example: “Missing receipts”, “Ready to reconcile”, “High-dollar spend”).
