To download your transactions:
- Select Card Transactions from the navigation
-
You will notice the default view of transactions is by Transaction Date. Use the filters to broaden or narrow your resulting transactions
-
In the top right corner of the transactions list, select the download button and use CSV
Note: Any filters you have currently placed on your transactions list will be applied to the downloaded file.
-
Un-select any columns you wish to remove from the download. If you wish to download all attachments, check the “Include attachments…” box.
- Once you select Download you will see a success message letting you know your file is being generated and that you will receive a link in your email.
-
Once your file is ready, click the link in your email. You will be prompted to log into Extend and your file will immediately download. Your file (CSV, plus attachments if selected) will appear in your Downloads folder.
