Extend offers three subscription plans: Starter, Pro and Enterprise. Click here to learn more about what's included in each plan. This article will cover how to identify which plan your organization is currently enrolled in, and how to upgrade your plan.
How do I know which tier I am currently on?
Owner and Admin roles can see which plan an organization is currently in in the following ways:
- In the side navigation bar:
- If you navigate to Org Settings > Organization Info, you can find your plan details here as well:
How do I upgrade my plan?
Plan upgrades can be handled in-app or through direct contact with our billing team (depending on your current plan). Note: only Owner and Admin users have access to manage or upgrade a subscription.
If you are in the Starter tier and want to upgrade to a Pro subscription:
If you are currently in Starter and want to upgrade to a Pro subscription, you can upgrade in one of two ways.
First, you can click on "Upgrade Plan" found in the left navigation bar:
Or, you can navigate to Manage Subscription > Organization Settings > Organization Info. You will see a button to upgrade your plan.
When you click on Upgrade, you will see an option to choose between a Pro monthly or Pro annual subscription. The annual subscription is a 1 year plan and offers a 25% discounted rate when compared to the monthly option. A few things to note:
- All subscriptions are non refundable.
- All subscriptions are set to auto-renew. You will receive adequate reminder notifications prior to your subscription's renewal date. To prevent your subscription from renewing, you will need to cancel your plan before the renewal date. (If you cancel your plan, you will still be able to use Pro features until the end of your billing period).
Once you have selected the billing option that works best for your organization, click "Select Plan." This will direct you to our payment provider, ChargeBee, where you can proceed to checkout.
Once you have successfully paid for your plan, your plan will become active immediately. Once you navigate back to Extend (and refresh if you need to!) You will see that your plan has been upgraded to Pro.
