Extend offers three subscription plans: Starter (free), Pro, and Enterprise.
The Starter plan is our most basic offering - best suited for small companies with under 5 users. The Pro and Enterprise plans include more advanced features and higher limits on virtual cards, users and expense categories. All 3 plans offer the following features, but with distinct limits:

This article is meant to help you better understand how limits work for each of the above features.
User limits:
A "User" is defined as a user in your organization with one of the following roles: Member, Bookkeeper, Card Manager, Admin or Owner. "Guest" users do not count against your user limit, but instead of have their own Guest limit.

Maximum of 5 users in org.
Exceeding 5 users will prompt you to upgrade your plan.
Maximum of 10 guests in org
Exceeding 10 guests will prompt you to upgrade your plan.
Minimum of 10 users in org.
If you have <10 users in your org, you are still being billed for 10 seats.
If you attempt to add more users to your org than seats you have paid for, you will be prompted to add and pay for additional seats.
User count is customizable and varies based on your plan details.
Virtual card limits:
Virtual card limits are currently based on number of net new virtual cards created per calendar month.

Enterprise Plan
Create up to 100 virtual cards per calendar month (January, February, March, etc)
If you attempt to exceed 100 new virtual cards in a month, you will be blocked and prompted to upgrade your plan.
Create up to 500 virtual cards per calendar month (January, February, March, etc)
If you attempt to exceed 500 new virtual cards in a month, you will be blocked and prompted to upgrade your plan.
Virtual card limit is customizable and varies based on your plan details.
Expense Categories and Labels:
Expense Category and label limits are currently based on number of active categories/labels (not the total amount that have been created in your organization).

Maximum of 1 active expense category
Maximum of 15 active expense category labels
You can create however many expense categories and labels, but only the above counts can be active at a time.
Maximum of 5active expense categories
Maximum of 500 active expense category labels
You can create however many expense categories and labels, but only the above counts can be active at a time.
Based on your customized plan, you have option to have unlimited expense categories and labels
