If you are in the Enterprise tier:
Enterprise customers do not currently have access to our customer portal. ALL generated invoices will be sent to the primary email on file for the subscription, and payment links will be sent directly to that email from our billing team.
Note: payment links are only valid for 5 days.
For copies of previous invoices or to request a new payment link, please reach out to your Extend representative or contact the billing team at billing@paywithextend.com!
If you are in the Pro tier:
Pro users have access to our customer portal. Within the customer portal, you can view all billing history and update your payment method.
- Navigate to the Extend ChargeBee customer portal
- Enter your email address (note: it must be the email address of the user who signed up for the subscription):
- Enter the OTP code sent to that email address:
- To view payment history or previous invoices: click on "Billing History" and a list of all prior bills will pop up. You can download each invoice.
- To view or update payment methods: click on "Payment Methods". You can select "Add New" to add an additional card on file (used as a back up for payment), or you can click into the existing payment method to update the primary card on file.
- Click "Edit Payment Method" to make any necessary updates to the primary card on file.
